We are having a open taster session in various different circus skills and how to get your body ready for circus training. We will cover:Tumbling for total beginners. Learn to Roll and Cartwheel, stand on your Head, and the first steps towards Handstands, Also,Hula hoop fitness-How to Hula Hoop on different parts of your body AND steps on becoming more flexible, strong and ready for circus!
We will do a big warm up and handstands together then spilt into two groups for tumbling and hula hoops, Then come back together and do flexibilty training and a core workout.
Your teachers will be Gracie and Bri, Gracie has been to circus school in London and Melbourne And Bri has been to two schools in Spain. They both have a wealth of knowledge to share with you.
