A 4-week term of classes focused on improving core and upper body strength, as well as flexibility, using aerial circus equipment (aerial hoop, trapeze, silks, etc).
The class is open-level: a great option to prepare for aerial classes, or to supplement your current aerial training.
Mondays, 8 to 9.30 PM, starting on April 17th.
