Circus is great fun, but it can also be physically demanding.
To avoid injury it is important that the body is physically prepared properly.
If you are interested in circus but afraid that you might not have the strength or mobility for it, then you will benefit alot from these classes.
If you already have experience, there will be a strong emphasis on improving form, weak patterns and preventing injuries.
Open to all levels and disciplines (including aerial)!
